THE 1960s/1970s
LETRASET

Letraset produced two "Magic Instant Picture Books" to tie in with the series, featuring illustrations by N. Faure & B. Lewis, and text by E.C. Tubb (familiar to Space:1999 fans as the author of several of the 1999 novelisations).

Stapled in the centre was a sheet of monochrome rub-down Letraset transfers, including Mac's car, Sam's car, little figures, explosions, helicopters, aeroplanes - all very exciting. Each book had a different set of transfers (PR 61 A for Test Flight, PR 61 B for Attack Of The Tiger) and these were apparently a bit of an anomaly, as they were the last monochrome "Action Transfers" Letraset produced - a full two years after the previous ones.

Difficult, but not impossible to find one with an unused sheet still in the middle.
