WALKIE-TALKIE TWO WAY RADIO Lone Star produced the impressively named "Walkie-Talkie Two Way Radio" set, which could "Send and Receive without batteries!" This could be something to do with the fact it worked on the hi-tech "two tin cans and a length of string" principal. Sorry, not "string" - "Triple-Strand-Transceiver-Cable".
