Pedigree's first Anderson products were made for Captain Scarlet and The Mysterons - a superb 12" Captain Scarlet doll and some smaller "bendy" toys of Scarlet and Destiny Angel. For Joe 90, they produced something between the two. Their Joe 90 doll was approximately 6" high, dressed in a red leatherette version of his tracksuit, had "real" hair, and came with a pair of glasses and a large W.I.N. badge.

Facially, the doll looked somewhat younger than the nine year old Joe in the series, and was rather more... how shall I put it... "girly". I don't recall Joe having ridiculously long eyelashes and bright pink lipstick. Perhaps the brain pattern of Angela Davies stuck longer than it should have...
